3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to:

3.2 Eligibility

Paper trading with simulated funds is provided free of charge indefinitely. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time with notice.

4.2 Paid Tier (Live Trading)

Live trading features require a paid subscription:

Premium Live: $39.99/month

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4.3 Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We do not provide refunds for partial months of service.

TRADING RISK WARNING: Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge that trading cryptocurrencies is highly speculative and may result in the loss of all invested capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

5. Trading Disclaimer and Risk Acknowledgment

5.1 No Investment Advice

AEYE Command Center is a software tool and does NOT provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. We are not registered as a securities broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial advisor. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

5.2 Automated Trading Risks

You acknowledge and accept the following risks of automated trading:

Technical failures, bugs, or system errors may cause trading losses
Market volatility may result in rapid and substantial losses
Internet connectivity issues may prevent timely trade execution
Exchange outages or API failures may impact trading operations
Bot strategies may not perform as expected in all market conditions

5.3 Exchange Integration

When you connect your exchange account (e.g., Coinbase), you grant AEYE permission to execute trades on your behalf. You are solely responsible for:

Securing your API keys and credentials
Monitoring bot activity and performance
Understanding the risks of the strategies you deploy
Complying with your exchange's terms of service
All taxes and regulatory obligations related to your trading

CRITICAL: You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Never invest more than you can afford to lose. AEYE is not responsible for trading losses incurred through use of the platform.

6. Limitations of Liability

6.1 No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6.2 Limitation of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, A-EYE DIGITAL SOLUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any trading losses, investment losses, or lost profits
Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures
Third-party actions (including exchange failures or security breaches)

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Not use the Service to engage in market manipulation or illegal trading activity

Abuse of the Service or other users

Upon termination, you will lose access to all bot configurations and trading history. You may export your data before cancellation.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes
